Bathroom leak with mold

We had to change rooms because the first they put us in had a huge water stain in the ceiling of the bathroom that also looked like it was black mold. Was concerned that the rest of the hotel might be in the same condition.

Friendly staff

This was an extended medical stay. Staff was friendly and very caring. Rooms were clean and kitchenette had ample supplies. Would have given 5 stars if hotel kept those smoking away from entrances as the smell was carried into the hotel by air units.

Staff upon check in was aloof. The key pad to the room was dead and therefore had to switch rooms. Again the staff person was cool and indifferent. Otherwise once we got into our room it was a very clean and nice room. Great location.

We had concerns because recent reviews of this hotel have been bad. The room was okay, although the hallways were shabby. What we really objected to was that there was no coffee available in the morning. The machine in the lobby was broken, but there should have been a backup. This is a really fundamental amenity, and it’s hard to excuse not having it. Management of this property seems generally slapdash.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only issues would be the showers had very little pressure, they were out of coffee at breakfast, and the wi-fi was poor. Free but barely worked. Minor things as the hotel was in good condition and clean but for the value it was excellent

Overnight one night

I would have given a five, but no coffee cups in the room. Then the coffee maker was out of service for breakfast. Had to go down the street to get coffee. Everything else was ok.
