I was willing to overlook the obvious price gouging due to the wrestling tournament as this old, dirty, stained mattress, tiny ass room was definitley not worth $250 per night. However, I cannot let go of the fact that we were told a manager would call us twice, which never happened- and then we were told the manager could not be contacted as she was off. The front desk told us there was nothing she could do since her manager wasn't there. What business in customer service doesn't have a manager available? While we were at the desk, several people checked out with complaints about their rooms such as doors not locking, etc. Apparently, based on other reviews, this is par for the course at this property and the manager Krista has numerous complaints. They need new management asap.

Front desk gal was very sweet. First room we were in had excessive mold on the ceiling above the tub. Didn’t notice it until I was in the shower and also mold spores had fallen into the tub (black). There were also several small bugs on the ceiling, not sure what they were. Second room had not been serviced since last guest and had a small yellow mold spot on the ceiling. Third room was clean but bathroom had an odd smell to it. Overall it seemed like updates of carpet in the common areas needed replacing and some issues with mold and fans in bathrooms needed cleaning and remediation.
