Very nice hotel

The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean. It was a great size and had a nice little kitchen area. The only problem was the shower. The bath spigot did not fully go up to the shower so water was continuously running and would stop the plug so the bathtub would fill. Once I open up the plug water drain fine just a little slow.

Went up to our room… door was not latched, pushed the door open to a smoke smell in the room and one of the beds was all wrinkled up like someone was lying on the top of the comforter. Went back down and asked Nathen for another room because that room was not clean, he had to go up and check because he didn’t have another room available, then got back to the front desk and told us the room looked fine to him and he couldn’t smell the smoke. Needless to say we were very disappointed and had to leave. We never did stay in that room that night and are in the process of getting our money back. We will never stay at another My Place hotel again, until this gets resolved. Thanks

The beds were comfortable, which was a plus. However, the room we were assigned faced north and seemed to funnel smoke from the outside air directly inside, making it unpleasant. The parking lot was poorly marked—lines were barely visible—so cars were parked haphazardly. Water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, and the cabinets in the kitchenette felt sticky to the touch, suggesting they hadn’t been properly cleaned. Staff was very pleasant.
