Booked my room through Expedia, when we got there to check in there is a notice that the pool and hot tub are closed for reservations. Hotel staff say I can't cancel my room with a refund without Expedia doing it. Can't get ahold of anyone and chat is worthless if the reservation is current? Won't let me do anything until reservation is complete. Will never book through Expedia or at a travelodge again if this is how they do business. In addition to the pool issue, check in was easy, hotel could be cleaner. Lots of cereal spilled on stairs that was there the whole weekend. Hotel stunk but honestly not sure if it was paint smells or something else. White bedspreads were stained so we pulled them off and threw on the floor for weekend. Beds were extremely hard, and we felt like we had slept on the floor the next morning. TV's sucked, had a hard time finding anything to watch that actually came in clearly. No USB plugs anywhere, TV or lights/outlets which I'm not used to in hotels anymore. Also no alarm clocks in rooms. And last but not least, guest overheard staff talking about bed bugs. When we questioned desk clerk he lied and said that nobody said anything bed bugs. Asked to speak to manager, he wasn't there and front desk didn't know when he would be back. Questioned another employee about what room had bed bugs and was told a guest claimed to have found one but didn't show mànager and when they inspected room didn't find one. We checked our room and didn't see any.

Hotel is under renovations with the pool and hot tub closed. Was not disclosed on property details. Booked after cancel deadline so no cancelling due to lack of amenities without being charged. Room had the heat off during the middle of a blizzard took at least 2 hours to warm it to a comfortable temp. Consistent banging noise all night long. Strong paint or chemical smell throughout the building. Old hvac unit cases by the stairs. It was clean but felt it was deceptive of the hotel to advertise the hot tub and pool when it’s closed. It was clean but that’s the only thing good I have to say about it.

All bathroom pumps of shampoo and body wash completely empty, laundry out of service which we needed to use for sports uniforms and it was listed online as an amenity, pool and hot tub out of service, unfriendly front desk who wanted to charge us an entire extra night for one more person in our room because they “would be eating breakfast there”

The hotel has no elevator and being handicapped, doing stairs up and down is difficult. I knew there were alot of events going on in Fargo but we had hockey players at the hotel who played knee hockey in rhe hall outside our rooms and were loud and made messes in the halls. They dominated the pool area and were loud, rude and wouldn't calm down when asked. No cleaning staff came by our room to give us clean toweks, empty garages or see uf we needed anything. Beds were very uncomfortable. Blow dryer in room didn't work. I paid over $ 500.00 for rooms that I was totally disappointed in. The breakfast and coffee were very nice and staff kept them stocked. I have stayed in many hotels during my travels but I'm not sure Wyndham would say this is up to their standards for lodging. Pam Blekestad

I reserved my room about 3 hours before my arrival to Fargo ND. When I arrived the man at the counter could not find my reservation. He told me to call expedia. I just drove 400 miles to arrive at 11 pm and I just needed to get to bed. The front desk man then talked to Expedia and proceeded to be of no help. After about 40 minutes of having to cancel my reservation and just getting a room on my own, and paying more for it the CC machine did not work. The man just looked at me said I don't know what to do. Then another co worker of his came around the corner to help people that just arrived. I noticed him entering the CC manually. So I looked that that dudes eyes and said, why don't you enter my card manually. So he did. Guess what, the card worked. Then the guy that popped in from around the corner started to apologize, looked at my guys screen and said you did not check the correct property. All the time my reservation was good. He just did not clearly check the other screen. I ended up getting billed more, Then billed for Days Inn somehow but left that place because I was not going to toke it out on the morning guy that was not involved. I never got my lower rate fixed as promised. I am pissed. Don't go there.

Breakfast has poor selection, choice between waffles, bagels, toast, cereal and mini muffins, no orange juice and watered down apple juice, they also offer coffee, and 2 other juices but didn’t try them. Overall place was clean and had very friendly staff, pool and hot tub were both working
