I was quite disappointed with how we were treated at the time of check-in. I was told in a firm manner to hand over my ID and credit card with no explanation as to if my credit card is going to be charged again, holding fees or damage deposit taken off. My passport was shoved back to me, and slammed my room key down on the desk. We were not told what room we were staying in, all we were explained is there was a continental breakfast and the pool was open until 11 PM. When we got into our room, we had no lights turned on for us, and had to walk in the dark to try and find a light switch, room was not very clean and our smoke detector was disabled sitting behind our TV with exposed wiring in the ceiling. When we came back from shopping, the main doors to the hotel were locked and we had not been made aware that we needed our room key to re enter the hotel. The front desk attendant stood there watching us with a scowl in her face and rolling her eyes as we read directions on how to enter and finding our room key. In our room, there is dust everywhere, hair left in the bathtub, our remote was covered with a white substance (hope it was yogurt, may have been semen). I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and we were treated well the first time with friendly staff and clean surroundings, but this entire encounter was quite disappointing and made us not want to book this hotel again for our future stays

Waited for 20 minutes to even have someone come to get us checked in... We check in with 2 small dogs that cost $20 EACH to find out we were on the 2nd floor & no elevator. I asked if they had any first floor rooms. With a dirty look and an attitude, I received a hard no. Once we arrived to our room on 2nd floor, we found a man in there trying to enjoy a show on TV... he was kind, we were embarrassed. Go back to the desk with our dogs, luggage & kid to still receive attitude. I definitely would have left if my room wasn't pre-paid & we couldn't be reimbursed. Instead, we will be sure not to come back or refer the place.

Honestly they need to remodel the whole place. You have a strong weed smell throughout the halls, which clearly comes from the long stay clients. The pictures online are deff not what you see. The pool area is chipping and poorly maintained. Food around the tables which is extremely gross in a pool area. The room had stains all over starting from the curtains to the carpet. The spread on the bed we removed as it was stained. The bathroom is extremely small. The door which was dirty on the back, hits the shower rod. The shower curtain needs a good washing or tossed. Under the cabinet by the door is peeling and needs to be fixed.Small bugs in the bathroom we kept killing and cleaning. (Not bedbugs or cockroaches) just small bugs. The fan in the bathroom leaks water onto the toilet, clearly bad ventilation as it appeared to be condensation. The breakfast was your basic 2 types cereal, bread items and waffles. I wouldn’t stay here again but we survived. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or area surrounding it as there was a lot of outside traffic if you catch my drift. Free my desk really didn’t say much or great you when you walked by, can’t say they were rude just not much welcoming happening.I wish I would have read the reviews and just chosen to stay at a more expensive hotel. You get what you pay for.

When we got to our room, everything was still on. Our window didn’t shut our heat and air didn’t work. There was a cap stuck in our bathroom hair absolutely everywhere. Sheets were all staying. Our lamps were broken, and our microwave hadn’t been cleaned. NASTY!

Very outdated. Room is small with an extra small bathroom. The bed has a metal frame that was very loud. The pool was small. Hot tub was average size but splashed everywhere because the here were powerful. It was not relaxing. Employees ate the breakfast and we didn't get to have any the because most items were out.

This property was beyond disgusting. The room smelled so musty when we just opened the door of the room. Upon further investigation, the ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold. They tried to justify the mold by saying there was water on the ceiling. We changed rooms. If one room has mold the building has mold. I spent my entire time there sick. This is not fit for humans. This hotel should be shut down by the health department. I would like my money back. That would be simpler for you than my alternatives. We never used the pool or hot tub. Based on the condition of the room, the pool and hot tub are in an enclosed area that is humid which is the perfect environment for mold. Not even sure if the chemicals are properly maintained.

This was an okay stay. The bed wasn’t comfortable, the bathtub didn’t have a plug stopper, and overall old/muggy hotel. Was currently on the road all day so really just wanted a room to sleep in and shower. I just wouldn’t recommend for a few nights.

Breakfast choices we disappointing at best. Rate for one night was asinine. Floor lamp didn't work. Shower head leaked and sprayed all over the wall. Door latch only had 1 screw securing it.
