Very nice and comfortable but hot tub was out of service and the extra pull out beds need a deep clean. It was unusable. The service was nice give the amount of staff and very polite. Staffing saved it.

This property is terrible. We reserved our room 7 days in advance and paid in full. We got out of our conference at 10pm and when we got to the hotel at 10:15 we were told they didn’t have a room for us. We will not stay at this hotel again or book with Expedia again. I advise no one to book with Expedia if you want to avoid this experience.

We like staying here when in Fargo. We had a queen room with sofa bed, great size room! The pillows are not the greatest, the sink didn't have a cover on it. Just had to be aware taking anything small out around the sink. We could hear an annoying "chirp" from a smoke alarm that was chirping our 4 days there, our dog was not happy about it either! We had to sleep with the TV on to keep her calm. Breakfast is good, weeknds they have more options available overall we like the breakfast here! Out and around the premises little sketchy with some characters walking around

The carpet on our room didn’t look like it was vacuumed, there was noticeable stuff on the floor that a vacuum would have easily picked up. Dirty floor & next to the bed closest to the window, there was a water bottle cap & a bunch of crumbs on the floor. The bed & pillows were not comfortable, either. The mattress on the left side towards the bottom had yellow staining (urine?) that was easily seen as the sheets on the side were pulling up. Trays for the breakfast area would be nice to help carry items upstairs to other family members. I asked for a tray at front desk & the staff was nice enough to offer to help me carry it upstairs. Also eggs, even hard boiled would have been nice option for breakfast. There were none when I was there. The sink drain has a bad odor coming from it when the water was turned on.
