One of the best hotels I’ve visited. We won’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Stockholm. Also, was blown away by the quality of the food when we ordered room service.

Beautiful dining room. Broken toilet seat in my room (209).

I wanted to stay an extra night but the hotel was fully booked w a concert in town. I saw surprised that when i ask to check out an hour later (1pm) they agreed but sought an extra US $10. Not a good look. I wont return.

We had a late checkin and the hotel told us to inform the late arrival for key collection procedures as no one will be at the front desk. We informed them of late arrival. After 4 phone calls and 3 mail, no procedure for late arrival. Each time we called they said they will provide the instruction in the next few hours. No reply to the mail. They just spoiled our day of check in keeping us in very uncertain state.

Staff-less hotel, perfectly placed for my purposes.good communication beforehand, easy check in and check out. A tiny but cosy little room with exactly what I needed.
