Invest in dehumidifiers.
The hotel lacks the proper dehumidifiers for it’s hvac to be able to completely shut off room AC units. The room was a damp and musty sweat fest for an hour and over a two day stay the moisture in the room never cleared out.

Doors made a lot of noise during the night and early morning. Could have closed them softly. Our room had an unusual smell,especially the first 2 days. Could hear water running in next room loudly and above us. Told worker the biscuits were hard. She replaced them with soft ones. Tv had issues but got it fixed.clean room &comfortable beds. Close to the event we came for.

The room was full of flies and gnats and the bedding was dirty and they came in at 3am to change them. We was giving a can of bug spray to kill the bugs. We was told that we couldn’t change rooms and in the morning they gave us another room that wasn’t much better and the tv didn’t work in that room. And they are refusing a refund to us

Good location. Any time I talk to someone on the phone I felt like I might be getting scammed. Two hours before I was going to check in I get a call that the card on file was invalid. A card that I used about two minutes before they called me. But, they said they couldn’t guarantee my room unless I gave them another card. It was all confusing.

Very friendly service staff, nice location. Safe and quiet. Close to restaurants in downtown area. The rooms and hotel were nice, but slightly outdated. Television didn't work great, but really only issue.
