Everything was fine. I do think the towels are a bit skimpy but otherwise it was fine. Location is convenient and felt safe.

Hotel staff switched our room from 2 beds to one bed and a broken sofa bed. No explanation beyond, “I see you booked with Expedia, that doesn’t guarantee you a type of room.” I was traveling with my 14yr old 6-foot 3-inch son to his soccer match. I insisted he sleep on the bed so he’d be rested and also because the sofa was tiny. I barely slept. The next day the “guest services “ manager said he couldn’t help sorry that happened.

I was very disappointed that when I arrived at the property the room that I paid for was not available. The young man at the counter said the website should not have sold me the room. We were forced to take a room with a pull out that was very noisy. This was very disappointing.
