Spacious rooms, excellent staff (check in, cleaning, etc) and overall very clean and pleasant hotel. A lot of rooms in other hotels lack lighting, but there was plenty here. Overall when I come back I’ll def stay here.

BAD STAY

This was a trip with family involving 2 rooms. My room was nice. We had no issues at all. My daughter’s room had bed bugs. She had to fight to get her money back for the room. There was no offer for medical expenses. Sadly, my son-in-law was literally covered in bed bug bites. Never staying here again. I feel like Hotels.com should have compensated expenses from this incident.

Loved the cleanliness! That is always my top priority. We arrived late due to traveling. The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. We appreciated the lemon water in the lobby and a list of local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and white and clean. The bathroom was stocked with everything and clean and white. We felt very safe. We will most definitely be returning!

Breakfast was ok. Mostly high carb. Not a hot selection unless you heated it yourself. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. They tried to charge my card $20 for “incidentals” after we left. What the heck? What was that for?

Furnishings in the hotel lobby were welcoming, as was the manager at the desk. Everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast variety was limited but had several nice touches, such as almond milk, breakfast sandwiches and toppings for cereal. Day manager at check-out was also professional and made me feel like a welcome guest.
