I deposit with cash and didn't get a receipt and next day i was asked for receipt to get my money back and i did not get any. He had to ask the boss to get it back so i called back and got it back til 4 hours late. this not good what if pple travels far.

First let me state that I was looking for an inexpensive motel for a one-night stay for a series of running races I was doing. I'm usually the least fussy person in the room...just looking for a clean room and bed...not a lot of amenities. This Motel 6 was one of the worst I've stayed in. The area seemed sketchy...odd people (NOT guests) wandering around the property when I was checking in and bringing my stuff in. The windows are still single-pane, and the motel is on a semi-busy road, so even with ear plugs, I could hear loud cars and motorcycles all night. Guests were coming and going at all hours ALL night long and banging around in their rooms. My room was next to the service/housekeeping room, and THEY were banging around in there at weird times during the night. The heater/AC was on when I arrived, and it was set on cool and low fan, but it was so hot in the room, I had to shut it down completely and open my window for my first hour there...and it was only 50 degrees outside! I left the heater off all night, and even though the outside temp dropped to 18 degrees in the middle of the night, the room stayed ok without any heater on! What the heck would a summer be like?!?!? I don't usually like to complain, but this motel needs some TLC.

Week long business trip. Hotel is older, not much to look at. Room was ok. WiFi is horrible. After 3 days I had to request maid service as they hadn’t gone to my room a single time.

The rooms are poor, the bathroom was dirty, only 2 towels in a room that is supposed to be for 4 people. The towels I got from the front desk were dirty and gray weird color. The front desk was super bad, he was in any other businesses but his job, smoking with a girl outside the office and after that very stoned to give the properly attention, with a bad face of course because he didn't wanted to be bodered after smoking. The check in was super slow, he had issues with any official ID I had and me made me to get my passport. I was afraid to not get in my prepaid booked rooms just for that, super poor attention and attitude

Building dirty, paint missing or faded. Lot with trash, many oil stains on parking spaces, Staff poorly dressed, poor appearance. Key to room did not work. AC not working properly, no towels. Sink faucet dripping and mold in sink. Did not stay- Requesting a refund. Feared for my health.
