The room had a broken glass window with pieces ready to fall out, no screen, a broken heater that would not shut off ever without unplugging, and the really bad thing is the black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. There is a patch above the tub (no stopper that works) but the whole bathroom ceiling drywall is permeated in black mold and needs to be completely replaced. I postulate that many of the third floor rooms have the same mold. However, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
