Location is convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. However the parking lot, areas around the building were covered in trash, empty beer/liquor bottles etc. And the garbage can in my room still had someone else's trash in it.

Friendly, comfortable, affordable, and convenient

My stay was very comfortable and convenient. The hotel was simple, could use some sprucing up, towels were clean but very old and thin. Room was quiet and location for me , right in Burkeville was perfect for visiting friends and family.

Check in person and staff who tried to fix the tv were very friendly and helpful BUT the rooms were filthy! The walls had multiple scuff marks on them and the door frames as well; the bathroom walls had scuffs, the tile was very dirty, the baseboards had dirt all around them and the ceiling had paint chips missing. In general the bathroom cleanliness looked like a public toilet! We were there from California for a local funeral and wanted to stay close! HOWEVER, despite prepaying for 2 nights we did not return for the 2nd night!!!!
