Wonderful Birthday Stay - Truely Special! Stayed for one night before heading to Porto to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and was absolutely blown away by the experience. We used the hotel's private transfer from the Airport, which was smooth, professional, and a great way to start the stay. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite as a birthday treat, compete with Prosecco and fresh fruit waiting in the the room - such a lovely suprise! The suite was beautiful, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the city and the harbour, and was spotlessly clean. A huge thank you to Rueben for going above and beyond - his warm and attentive service made the stay even more memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend for a special occassion or just a luxurious getaway,

Great hotel in a perfect location

We were upgraded to a lovely suite. We have stayed here a few times and particularly love the location. Marina view is worth paying for. Suite very clean and staff were friendly

A comfortable hotel, I'll stay again

A friendly happy hotel. A fabulous breakfast. Faro has lots to do and see, but also amazing beaches a short boat trip away.

Wonderful hotel heart of Faro

From reception to housekeeping, the staff were excellent every time we had an interaction. The hotel was conveniently in the center of all the activity in Faro and the rooms were clean and well-kept. Some parts of the room appeared as if they needed some upgrading, but overall the entire stay was lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent as were the steak restaurant and the roof top bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location. Front Desk was slow and congested but staff were very friendly. We had a room overlooking the marina with a furnished balcony. Lovely area to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was in a lovely dining room overlooking the water- great views. Lots of choice for breakfast. Nice roof top terrace areas .

Don’t book until renovations done as very noisy

Sadly the spa was under complete renovation which had I know I would not have booked . After I booked and asked about renovations the hotel was very vague about it . Poor communication as I had said it was for recovery after cancer so needed it to be relaxing . We were over the renovations and so had to move rooms and lost the harbour view due to all the noise . Beds very basic

So conveniently situated next to the marina and the old town. The bus station is two minutes walk from the hotel and the railway station five minutes. The bus from the airport only takes twenty minutes to reach the bus station next to the hotel. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly and were happy to advise on transport and local amenities.

Hotel very convenient for walking to Faro old town and all city centre amenities. Bus and train links to other parts of the Algarve are 5-6 mins walk from the hotel. Could not find any faults with the hotel, food good, clean,staff good and nice extra touches eg Easter treats for all guests and a flower for the ladies, would recommend this hotel.
