Really lovely aparthotel, very central for everything. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I’m on Faro.

The hotel is excellent. The room was very well appointed, nice and spotless, but what stood out was the warmth and care that we received from Francisco at the reception. He went out of his way to help us with (outstanding!) dinner plans and recommendations for travel plans. We felt very welcomed to the hotel and to the country.

The hotel is lovely but the area is a bit dubious. But it is extremely close, 250m to the train station. A little walk will get you to the marina and the ‘touristy’ side of town. Down one of the side streets are plenty of nice restaurants

Nice comfortable apartment/room. Good big bed and lots of space bed to move around. Staff were very friendly and location was tremendous for the many bars and restaurants in the area. Good strong shower. Only big disappointment were the towels. They were truly the worst ever. Tiny towels and so thin you wouldn't believe them. We needed three towels each, just to dry ourselves and we are not big people. If this is they're idea of eco friendly then they are so badly wrong. Supply your customers with good size quality towels and they'll only need to use one each, and thry will not require changing every day. Enjoyed the hotel, but I will probably stay somewhere different on my next visit, simply because I couldn't get dry after a shower.

What a perfect oasis! The calm, cool courtyard and pool, the spacious and super clean room, the perfectly comfortable bed with dark curtains for deep sleep all allows us to have fun and adventures in the sun knowing we could rest deeply when we got back to the hotel.
