We 5 Americans only stayed less than 12 hours here. I was searching for a place in Aero city near the airport and it actually was not an arrow city but just outside in a very busy street. Although the staff was very polite and helpful, the room was very dirty, and I didn’t even want to lay on the sheet on the bed. However ample toilet paper was provided in the bathroom and a water bottle for every person upon arrival. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was tasty. For the price we paid and what we got I would unfortunately not recommend.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and came stocked with extra toilet paper. Great location.

This was our first time in India and what an incredible place to stay. We arrived around 4am and felt like we had the royal treatment with so many people to welcome us at the door. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made it very special for us. The hotel is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed at. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The spa is amazing and very relaxing. We sadly did not have time to enjoy the pool but we suggest leaving time to relax there, it’s lovely. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel in India.

They are polite and couretous of reminding guests their hotel policy rather than offending them.

Surrounding area is not clean.
