The website should be updated to show that all of the spa facilities are CLOSED with no status about their re-opening. Also the restaurant on site is only for your buffet breakfast it’s not for you to order lunch or dinner. The rooms were pretty “sparse” but the beds and bedding. Dry very good. We slept well.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the sanctuary. The staff were very polite, kind and efficient and the suite was clean. However, the suite itself was not very well supplied. While there was a kitchen, with stove & refrigerator, it was not sufficiently stocked. No microwave no coffee maker no dish towels nor pots or pans to cook with.

The staff is superb. I have specifically the brazilian Muriel Tarcisio Aires Yasmim and Rute. They couldnt do enough for us. Always willing to help and do the extra mile. They also has a smile to offer, while also sparing sometime to talk to us. And hard work people never stoping working.

Lovely apartment and spacious room. We had a balcony also which was nice. Was disappointed that although a kettle was supplied in the kitchen, there were no mugs, spoons or coffee sachets supplied. I would say the hotel is definitely of 4 star standard but is lacking in a few special touches. Fantastic location.

Great hotel, just be prepared to have a little problem if you are from Canada or from USA Our barcode for the vaccine doesn’t work You will need to do a covid test Pharmacy close by Besides that great location Breakfast was great
