Budget hotel at a convenient location to visit the main attractions in the city. The room was quite small with minimal amenities. The stock was quite helpful.

Faultless, I think it's our favourite hotel we've ever stayed at. The decor throughout is the perfect blend of upscale and Danish hygge. The staff were all cheerful, food was excellent, and the location is perfect for central Copenhagen, yet in a quiet, laid-back area. We've never stayed in a 25hours hotel before but after this experience we will stay in them on purpose, if there is one in a city we are visiting.

Uncomfortable bed and bedding. No privacy in WC. No hand sink in WC very small space overall for bags/ belongings.

Location is ok if you want to be near the train station and tivoli. Brian at check-in was great. Tiny bathroom and sink so small it’s hard to use. Hasn’t been changed in 2 years so doesn’t seem like they take on the repeated feedback. Hot weather meant air con didn’t work at all and staff said to open window instead, but loud music from the bar opposite until late each evening made it very difficult, plus with the sun not setting til late you need windows/blinds closed to sleep. Given a fan after the second complaint but it broke after 30mins. When we arrived there was a large stain in the middle of the bed sheets which was impossible to miss…they changed it after brought to their attention. For 4* hotel expect better. Pillows not comfortable. Housekeeping is only done if requested by leaving sign on your door before 9am, and yet one day during our stay housekeeping randomly entered when it wasn’t requested so all our belongings were left out after not expecting anyone to enter. Second time staying and next time would choose an alternative with bigger rooms and different location.
