I travel frequently and have never had a knock on the door at 3 am for a drug bust for the room next door- until this stay. The hotel is in the thick of Fayetteville. The parking lot has trash all around, including dog poop. There were homeless people walking around the parking lot (4 greeted me as I was parking). The halls smelled of weed and sour water. I booked 3 nights unrefundable, otherwise I would have left. I selected this hotel due to price- I know better. Never again. Avoid- not worth it!

Shops nearby. Close proximity to the gym. However the hallways smelled like pee and the carpet was stained. Idk if the shower had been cleaned but it was decent. Staff was nice.

It was my first time at the hotel. There is some remodeling going on, but the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and I look forward to returning in the future.

The interior hallway carpet is buckling all down the entire middle. That is a trip hazard. The elevator smells like mildew. The shower in 230 is scalding hot as soon as you barely turn it on. The shower is leaking water all over the bathroom floor and into the carpeted area. The tv was not getting a signal so we could not use it. The A/C unit would come on intermittently blasting cold air. But when we turn it down just 1 dg it’s humid and musty in the room. I was only given 1 key at check in when my reservation was for 2. He couldn’t get in the building without the key late at night so I had to come down from the end of the hall on the second floor at midnight to let him in, then had to wait in line to get a key but go back to the car to go get his ID, let him in again, go back out to the car to put the parking pass in there, and come back in again. This place is a hassle.

Remodel, but; Still No Change!

Everything was decent, just the INCONVENIENCE of REPEAT BUSINESS; Still having to endure the inconvenience of leaving to get cash for a deposit, when we have had NO BAD STAYS!!!! It seems that membership/reoccurring Clients, should not be subjected to the same treatment as 1st and 2nd time visitors!!! Also, not everyone eats pork; so the breakfast, leaves me with vegetarian options ONLY!!

The people were nice but the condition of whole property was in disrepair and dangerous. Many electrical outlets and lighting wires exposed. Every thing felt sticky. Yuk. I was going to ask for my money back but figured it would be a pain to go through that. Changed my booking habits for sure

I love the temperature and water pressure in the shower. Nice shower head. Bed is comfortable and linens are clean. Carpets in room, elevator and throughout facility are filthy. Lobby is under construction so be advised. Check in lady was nice.
