The hotel is undergoing renovations, The room I was assigned should have been condemned. The night clerk was more than accommodating and made 3 other rooms available for me to choose from. I chose the one I could stomach, but I couldn’t sleep at all. I left the next morning (1 pm +/-), I had prepaid for an extra day, keep it I simply won’t go back there again.
I was very disappointed with my stay at Comfort Inn. Housekeeping never came to clean my room during my stay. When I asked about it, I was told the room was “too dirty” to service. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be provided with proper cleaning and hospitality, regardless of the condition of the room.

I was not told it was under remodel, torn carpet everywhere,no ice available, just felt dirty. Breakfast area was clean and nice
The hotel was going through a renovation. Overall, the hotel room was ok. The shower floor and the bottom of the shower needs to be redone. No, remote for the first tv in the room. The morning breakfast was great.
Front desk staff was friendly and professional. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The ice machine was all the way down to the end of the hallway and hard to locate without proper signs, I had a hard time finding it. The inside of the hotel is clean but there was a lot of debris, dirt around the side entrance door that needs to be cleaned and swept up for a safer walkway.
The hotels have an horrible cleaning I get bed bug twice in different rooms and they just don’t did anything about it, just don’t care torrible terrible avoid this disgusting hotel
To get straight to the point, the property is undergoing renovations, but it has been allowed to become so dilapidated that it actually really should be closed for those renovations. We’ve always gone out of our way to stay at choice Hotel properties, to avoid that but after this experience we may rethink that. The only thing that made it bearable were the wonderful employees.
The facility was being remodeled. Wasn't aware of that until check in time. We were there for four days. Received clean towels on Friday and no other room service for the remaining stay. They didn't take the trash the one day they left towels. we ran out of toilet tissue. After the storm passed thru there was a leak maybe from the roof onto the air conditioner in the room. We notified them at check out.
