Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. I had an issue with a charge on my account and have call 3 times to get this corrected. I was disconnected 2 times before being transferred to a manager who's mailbox was full. This is not my normal experience with Hiltons. Very unprofessional.

Very nice accomodations. The water temperature and pressure could have been better, but overall from the gym, to the staff, to the restaurants in the immediate area, it was a joyous stay.

Beautiful hotel, but the air freshener in the lobby is too strong. I would consider not using air freshener so you customers who are sensitive to fragrance don’t have to suffer when walking through your doors.

All of the staff was kind, personable, and prompt to respond. Super pet friendly. I loved my room and so did my guest (no exaggeration). My room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. I will be staying here anytime I visit Fayetteville.
