Hotel was very clean. Very easy to check in and out. Location was in a quiet area and close to restaurants or shopping. Nice breakfast area, but the eggs left a little to be desired. The room was very nice.

Was hoping for better.
We arrived at 4 PM, expecting to check in (check in was at 3PM), the rooms were not available or cleaned. We didn’t get checked in until 445-450, we had a reservation at 530 and we were unable to get cleaned up and settled before that. We basically had to drop our bags and go. We were not offered any sort of compensation, i.e. later checkout or drink while we waited, and our room was downgraded from the one I paid for. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and BBQ, I’m assuming the cigarette smell came thru the window from outside, some guests on the second floor said they also had that smell in their room. There was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and clumps of hair by the bed and some brown splatter on the wall next to the desk, I’m hoping it was chocolate milk or some sort of sauce. I did enjoy the floors not having carpet and the mattress was nice.

Excellent experience!
Our overall experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the room was very clean. The location was perfect - located near where we needed to be and was in a great area with several close eating options. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend!
