Large room w/ separate area for sleeping & eating

Large hotel room with separate area for sleeping & eating. Good quiet stay. The only downsides were the frudge was too small, no freezer & the lock funtion on the microwave was annoying.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room had a terrible smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. Employees were often gathered outside in the designated smoking area, which didn’t create a very welcoming first impression. On top of that, the location leaves a lot to be desired — there isn’t much to do nearby, and the area itself feels pretty run down. Overall, this wasn’t a pleasant stay and I wouldn’t choose to return.

Great option to the otherwise overpriced properties in the area. Very convenient to Ft. Bragg, no more than 15 minutes away, and close to multiple good dining options. I especially liked the fact that there was a Waffle House right off of the property for a quick, inexpensive breakfast. Only downside was the room smelled strongly of air freshener every time you walked in. This might be an automatic dispenser but it was STRONG when you walked in but you got used to it quickly.

It looked more like a trucker hotel but could be a one-off. Either way it was quiet and a melting pot, nice breakfast spread. The receptionist or the hotel clerk should get a raise how she was handling the front desk and customers complaints (some people just want too give people a hard time) be careful of reviews, some people are just complainers.

At no fault of the very sweet and knowledgeable front desk lady, the room we were placed in was next to an entrance door that led to the pool and outside area. We thought it was great to be that close until we realized that every time the door opened or closed, we can feel and hear it behind the bed even after 9pm. So, we let the front desk lady know and she quickly resolved the issue by offering to move us to another room. That room was much quieter by far! However, we would not stay there again for a number of reasons.
