That was awesome! our room was on the 7th floor and the balcony had an absolutely stunning view of the sea. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. The only note is that the wi-fi signal in the room was poor, but this did not spoil our holiday at all. We had a buffet breakfast and always found something to eat. Many thanks to all the hotel staff!

Rude staff (shouted at for daring to ask why the room was not ready when they said it would be, even though I was with a 10 month old baby), dirty rooms (including rusty bathroom ) which are cleaned sporadically. Very bad quality of breakfast. Room keys which constantly stop working.

Very disappointing stay
I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions up to a few years ago, I returned this year it was not a good experience. The staff were unfriendly, no name badges, The food in the dining room was of poor quality. The corridors were filthy and need to be vacuumed. The room was spotless. The house keeping staff friendly and helpful. There are not enough staff working in reception. You have no business in this hotel if you only speak English. Hardly any information provided in English. There is no late check out. No changing room to shower if you have a late flight, I was told “change in the toilet” The only plus for this hotel is that it is almost on the beach, Cala Marsal beach is beautiful as is Porto Colom. Porto Colom is the most relaxing place in the world but stay somewhere else not Cala Marsal

Je ne sais pas si c’est souvent ainsi mais pour nous, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout dans notre chambre. À part ça, c’est un hôtel très bien situé pour la plage et les quelques délicieux restaurants à 5 minutes de marche

The hotel is dated but excellent location, friendly staff, walk to beach and restaurants, excellent pool area, free entertainment and large choice of food at breakfast although hot food tepid.

The activity staff were amazing, friendly and fun. The variety of activities was also great. Location by the beach is perfect and the on site pools are also great, if a little chilly!

Hemos pasado tres noches en el hotel durante agosto. La ubicación es excelente! Con una playa hermosa con todos los servicios en frente y cerca de otros puntos de interés a los que se puede acceder fácilmente en auto. El mantenimiento externo del edificio no es el mejor, y la limpieza de la habitación al llegar no fue perfecta. Sin embargo el estado de todas las instalaciones estuvo muy bien y pudimos disfrutar la estancia sin inconvenientes. Destacamos la excelente atención del personal, sobre todo de Hadi de recepción. Nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos proporcionó excelentes recomendaciones que hicieron nuestro viaje aún mejor.

Chambre vétuste
Chambre vétuste : rideaux sales et tâchés, matelas inconfortable, frigo pas nettoyé avant notre arrivée, l'intérieur de l'armoire était sale. Pour le ménage, nous n'avons pas toujours le bon nombre de serviette et une fois, nous avons eu une serviette mouillée et tachée (tâches marron). Dans la salle de bain : robinet du lavabo qui bouge, il tenait à peine. Pas de bouteille d'eau de bienvenue dans le frigo, ce qui aurait été appréciable vu la chaleur. Vue sur les poubelles depuis la fenêtre, c'est pas terrible, l'hôtel aurait pu installer un toit pour que les clients ne les voient pas. Balcon détérioré.

Lage der Anlage insbesondere in Strandnähe sowie zahlreichen Restaurants sehr gut! Das Hotel selbst hat einen Investitionsstau. Zimmer, insbesondere Bad mit Rostflecken in der Wanne und z.T. blinden Spiegeln bräuchten ein Upgrade. Die Stühle im Speisesaal- leider nur indoor- spiegeln die Mahlzeiten der letzten Jahre wider. Kosten für Safeschlüssel in Höhe €20- plus Pfand für eine Woche empfinde ich als happig und kenne ich so nicht. Wer mit Kindern unterwegs ist, den stören die o.g. Punkte sicherlich weniger angesichts des Essens, was „okay“ ist, und der sehr guten Lage sowie vier nutzbaren Pools, dem schönen Garten und überwiegend recht nettem Personal.

Todo genial salvo las plazas de carga de coches eléctricos, que estuvieron mucho tiempo ocupadas por coches aparcados y no nos permitieron cargar el coche la mitad del fin de semana. El hotel debería hacer algo al respecto.
