Check in was fine. It’s your payment system with the hotel that I have an issue with. There is a delay in how they get the money I prepaid and that resulted in my credit card being charged by the hotel for a few hundred dollars. I’m hoping that the credit for those charges are resolved but I have to wait until I’m home & can check my cc statement online. You need to do better to keep this from happening as I shouldn’t have to worry about disputing charges
