Service at the front desk was first class, when you first arrive you feel incredibly welcome. Unfortunately the food served for breakfast was below where 5 stars should be, we also ordered lunch there once and first was also not up to the price tag. Room cleaning was a bit disappointing, not having fresh towels and not replacing dirty cups was pretty annoying, completely ok typically but again based on the price id expect a lot more. Cocktails were average at best, very watery. Gym was very minimal, tough to do a work out, provide a cable machine and it might get a pass mark. The views and room were amazing but there were things that let it down, like the drain that kept leaking and the smell it gave off, if you get room 5 be aware, they fixed it pretty quickly each day but its not ideal. They also had crates/pallets for decking which weren't fixed and I almost had a face plant.

I recently stayed at the Pousada Pedras Secas and had an amazing experience. The rooms were incredible—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was truly top tier, offering thoughtful suggestions and providing world-class service throughout my stay. Breakfast was also delicious and a great way to start the day. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing visit.

The hotel is overpriced even for Noronha. The location is not great and the pool is not up to the price. Beds and sheets are nice. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
