The rooms are very comfortable. Staff is great and very accommodating. Plumbing needs to be overhauled, but they are in an ongoing renovation so can be expected. Breakfast area is nice. Would like to see a better supply of danishes, and cartons of milk rather than a pitcher. Everytime which is often I go to Festus, this is the only place I stay.

This hotel was a very nice! I was expecting it to be nice but it was actually a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be!!! Will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the means/a reason too!

Nasty ,moldy room

Went to the hotel and went up to the first room. Walked in and shut the door and mold was all over the wall behind the door and mold all over the carpet. Went back to the front desk. The lady said someone just stayed in the room and didnt say anything about. The manager went and looked at it. Took me to another room. It had blood on the wall behind the door. He took me to another room and it looked ok. I put our luggage in the room and left. Came back a few hours later. Walked in and my wife seen a roach on the bed and mold on the carpet. Went down to get my money back to leave and the front desk person argued with me about getting 100% of my money back. He called the manager and he gave my all my money back. That hotel needs to be shut down. Horrible health risk.

I didn’t even get out of my vehicle. I couldn’t stay at a run down broken windows place! Homeless sleeping outside front doors! Didn’t stay went elsewhere. Doesn’t match pictures with website at all!!! Requested a refund immediately

The rooms are disgusting. The halls and elevator are sweltering hot. They’re remodeling which needs to be mentioned. The lobby is very misleading. The only clean thing in the room is the bed. Make sure you bring slides if you stay here. The carpets need to be professionally cleaned. The entire hotel smells like bud. Wish we would of went somewhere else

When we first arrived we got our keys and went to the rooms and the A/C wasn't working properly so they sent someone up to look at it. They ended up giving us different rooms with working A/C's. Staff was super friendly and helped in any way needed. We will for sure stay again in the future.
