The hotel is in a good location and the room was very clean with a really comfortable bed. However, the receptionist was away from the desk a lot so it was difficult to get service. The WIFI was absolutely useless

Lovely hotel in a great location

We've stayed here a few times because the location is excellent and the hotel itself has comfortable rooms and bed, a lift, lovely breakfast and friendly staff

Wonderful Hotel Experience in Fethiye!

We had a long and issue fraught day of travelling from Athens (via Rhodes) and got off of the ferry feeling exhausted and disheartened. What a lovely surprise to be directed to this hotel by a fellow at the terminal. The desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a bit of a view of the harbour from our balcony. The shower was excellent. The free breakfast, served on the 5th floor was lovely and the view, nothing short of breathtaking. All of this at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend it!

Smelly rooms/bad beds

Pictures can be deceiving. I believe another reviewerer mentioned strong smell of smoking and ridiculously saggy mattresses that might be at least 20 years old. I finally convinced them to let me change and ended up in a room with faulty heating and disgustingly stained couch. Glad I didn't pay for a so-called luxury room because that is what this was. I left in the morning. The breakfast was good as others mentioned and as it was 2 degrees c there was no street noise. Overpriced for sure.
