The staff will not help u with ur luggage and suitcase they will watch u struggle we checked out a hour late they also made that a big deal the girl at the reception needs to be fired immediately her attitude and her not having a care in the world when it comes to hospitality needs to be studied the guys did what they could to help but she’s awful and as we were forced to carry our own bags out, the stairs were covered in water, and we informed them not once twice asking them very kindly to dry it, and they just stared at us and watched us struggle
