My family stayed 1 night at Alnes Gard during our trip to Norway. We stayed here as a base to see Alesund and so glad we did! This place is a lovely little gem and we had fun exploring the small island. We saw lovely rainbows, experienced a beautiful ocean sunset, and went on a great hike! Would highly recommend this place!

The location was great, close to a grocery store and several restaurants. Checkin was smooth. Apartment was small, but enough for two people. The main bed was also very small, and two people would just fit in(double size not a queen), but there was also a fold out couch so in the end there was enough space. Laundry facilities took 5 attempts to dry clothes, but in the end we worked out to use the “ wash and dry” cycle, rather than wash cycle then dry. Very convenient being able to wash clothes and not having to spend time at a laundromat or pay expensive hotel prices. Would reccommend this property

It was a very nice and clean hotel.

The hotel is unique and set in a very beautiful location. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Great property located right on the water and close to 2 ferry lines. Rooms were nice, clean and well appointed. Free parking and good breakfast.
