Ask to stay in the new section and not facing the busy road. Old section was VERY rundown…carpet’s peeling off. If I went to Braşov again, I would stay closer to town. The gym and spa….were not as advertised. Staff was disinterested and did the bare minimum. Breakfast was good and the free parking is what swayed us to stay a little further away from downtown.

Excellent location, very clean, very nice looking, excellent staff, room was very nice and clean, all the amenities is excellent, the Lebanese restaurant was excellent. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. Besides that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place though the location wasn’t amazing

I got in SUPER late (0100) but was anle.to check in without problems. Bfast was good, room well furnished with historic charm, and having onsite parking is pretty key in the capital. Would stay here again if I were to come back to Bucharest
