The man at the front office was very rude to our kids. He got mad at them for jumping in the pool. I could maybe understand if they were diving or the pool was shallow but it was 6 feet deep. Then when we came in for breakfast my five year old didn’t eat all her cereal and he said no she has to sit down and finish it .

The breakfast was fine! Not enough table for the # of people ! Only one waffle maker! People left with out because of wait time! The help didn’t pay attention and things were running out!
I have stayed at that hotel every summer for the last few years. I don’t ever plan on going back. It was horrible. My room smelled of smoke. The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. It was disgusting. The chairs were ripped and had spots on them. I also felt very unsafe. Several construction workers that stay there were out in front of my room, drinking and smoking until late in the night.
We have been coming here for years and I am so disappointed in the customer service this last trip.
The man running the hotel can’t be bother to speak when you walk into the lobby, has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude. My kids went out to check the temperature of the pool at 9:45am and got screamed at from the office/lobby. They clearly were not swimming as they were in clothes and only had their hands in the water. There are no signs posted outside of the pool stating pool hours and the gates were unlocked.
We had left an item in one of the rooms we checked out of and called to see if it was found. They had found it, but said it was locked in the head housekeepers office and she couldn’t get there until 7pm. We said we would wait and at 7 we walked over to the office to see if we could get it. The rude man didn’t speak (again) and when we asked he acted put out to have to speak to us. He told us we couldn’t get it until the next day? We said we were told tonight and he snapped and said tomorrow or not so all.
When we got back to our other room around 11pm the item was in our room.
Clearly a lack of communication between the staff.
The housekeeping staff was very friendly.

Decent hotel. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, there was still hair in and on the tub
Microwave had NOT been cleaned at all. Lots of residual old food all over the glass turntable.
Beds were comfy for the most part
We have stayed here several times and this time it just feels and looks like things have really gone down hill. The room did not feel clean and half the lights did not work. The hotel staff were not very friendly. We stepped out for an hour in check out day, still had over 2 hours before checkout and while we were gone they started cleaning our room even though our stuff was still in there and it was clear that we had NOT checked out!!! We will not be staying here again.
The pool is decent.
This was ok but the staff is very unprofessional and almost act like you an inconvenience to them and that was just to check in rooms where fairly clean pillows sucked
I booked my stay through Hotels.com. When we arrived to check in, the hotel agent informed us that there were no longer 2 bed rooms available. Since this is the only hotel in town, we had to take the king bed room and my sons had to sleep on the floor. Additionally, they charged more for the room. No extra bedding or roll out bed was provided. This was the first of several frustrating situations. The hotel agent that I dealt with was very rude.
Hotel is in need of updating. Our door deadbolt was loose and it held our door shut while we were outside of the room; we had to get the manager to open the door. Breakfast was minimal; very little food and no of it replaced as it was eaten.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The person checking me in barely looked at me during the process, he handed me one key card and said thank you without even looking at me. I had to ask him where I was and how to get to my room because he didn't explain anything during the exchange. The room was clean, only had one issue. There were significant spaces in the door and frame & air conditioning unit and wall that allowed cigarette smoke from other guests to be drawn into the room, making the room stink of cigarette smoke the whole time. Overall, the room was ok but a little less than expected based off my other Days Inn branded hotel stays.
Ants in the room. Management wouldn't replace towels or soap when asked. Poor breakfast options. Should not be considered a "Wyndham property".

My room smelled like dog Pee and they didn’t want to change my room until after I kept complaining. They finally changed rooms. They are charging alot for a room $170 plus per night and the rooms are below average
