They use to have hot breakfast and now it’s just coffee & banana. Rooms are dated, tubs have the finish coming off and at least my tub was sloped and slippery. But at least they had an ice machine that worked! Won’t stay again but the price reflects what you get.

A lot of money for no small breakfast , toilet was stopped up , several holes in doors inside , we showed the staff
The photos on the website did not portray the actual rooms. The bathroom was superficially clean but was not deep cleaned and made me feel gross. Overall very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

Security could be an issue, door to second floor doesn’t have a lock or door knob.
The room had a bad smell the heat didn’t work properly the bathroom was dirty especially the bath tub the property looks NOTHING like they’re advertising online property looks like a vacant building under construction

The pictures on the website are not the same totally different lamps on the floor staying on the bed just not the same pictures on the website
This was the second time that I have felt like I needed to clean BEFORE I did anything. The toilet was dirty. The soap dish in the shower was falling off the wall. The towels looked nasty. The smell of the room was like wet dog/cat. I went to Walmart to get some air freshener. The windows need replaced. I was put in an adjoining room with folks on the other side NOT in my party. I heard word of the conversation they were having. DEFINITELY not worth the money I paid for it.
The staff were nice, but most times there wasn't anyone at the desk. There wasn't any breakfast that we could see and no coffeepot in the room. The door to our room had a large gap in it that allowed debris to come in. I stuffed plastic bags in it to close the gap.
Where do I start, first the parking lot had not been salted and was very icy. The room was dark and dingy. The bed linens were stained and rough. The bathroom smelled musty, toilet barely flushed, water pressure was terrible. The floors were sticky. The heat barely worked( it was in the low 20s outside and felt about as cold inside) People all hours of the night slammed their doors and were very loud in the halls. Once we were able to fall asleep around 4am the noise started again at 530am and went on for an hour or more. The front seat was useless because it took almost 20 minutes before someone came to check us in and took even longer to check us out. There is a doorbell button to push which I did multiple times with no response and there is a number “if we stepped out please call” which just rang until it was automatically hung up. I called that number a good 5 or 6 times. The property manager lives on site and their child was running up and down the stairs. I asked if she knew where her parents were and she just ran off. I started calling out for assistance and nobody came. I went outside and finally found someone at the back of the property and she said just leave your key on the counter. I asked her for a receipt and she went into a room never to be seen again. I finally left. I called the property multiple times to ask for a refund or some sort of compensation due to the horrible experience and didn’t get an answer, imagine that. Finally I reached out to Travelocity.
room was outdated. at check in, gentleman very kind. he was training a female who was not very friendly. said "give me your credit card" vs. form of payment please? they signed me up for wyndham rewards program WITHOUT my consent. this is an invasion of privacy.
toilet leaked, windown coverings broken. had to rig it to keep blinds closed. advertisement said breakfast, when asked at check in i was told no.
Upon arrival worker seemed to not know what he was doing. This was my 5th stay. I asked about breakfast and they no longer serve a warm breakfast. Shower faucet leaking bad. Room was very much unclean. I could see daylight all around the door and when someone came in the entrance the door would not close allowing cold air to come in. People came in about 1am and was loud, I could hear everything.
