No one loves a retro motel more than I do and seeing the reviews of this place made me feel comfortable booking. Is only okay. Cute glow-up for sure, but not very clean, no microwave, paper thin walls, train across the street and the smallest fridge I've ever seen (held two small waters). The front desk staff was really awesome though. It's not a bad stay, but not as great as the bulk of reviews would have you believe.

Great place to stay on Route 66
Loved this hotel! Cool room and really enjoyed the pool and outdoor games. The on-site restaurant had great Mexican food, unfortunately the lady who served us was very rude, she accidentally charged us extra then was very disgruntled to have to find out from her manager how to give us a refund, then gave us the wrong order anyway lol, but actual hotel staff were super lovely. Thoroughly recommend this hotel on route 66, great value for money!

Cute hotel with interesting amenities like a fire pit and yard games. However, for an overnight stop, didn’t get to use them. Has fenced area for dogs. No breakfast, but coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Room was on small side and felt dark due to dark colors in decor.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location made it easy to get around Flagstaff (nearby to historical downtown) and to venture out to national monuments and Grand Canyon.

Pros: fun, kitchy property right on Route 66 in Flagstaff--appreciated the decor and convenience. Would have loved to try the pool (not warm enough outside). Cons: room and linens could be cleaner. Car also bottomed out going over speedbumps in parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very creatively outfitted, in a kind of “space age“ 50s route 66 authenticity. Fun touches like a disco ball in the room, friendly staff, comfortable beds,. It’s no frills, we appreciated having a little fridge in the room, but not the typical microwave in every room, which wasn’t that big of a deal for us, but some people might miss that. Would stay here again.

Such a fun, memorable, unique hotel - one of my favorite spots. Perfect for a place to stay on Route 66. Greeted with the choice of water or a PBR, free hot chocolate or hot cider. Play corn hole while listening to piped music or dip in the heated pool. Dog friendly.

Amazing place, great theme in the rooms, staff was super friendly, I would totally stay there again! Only slight downside is only 1 electric car can charge at a time and it’s first come first serve, but a lot of places don’t even offer charging so still not terrible.

Very cute!
Super cute retro rehab of a motel. Details like a disco ball and vintage looking rug completed the vibe. My daughter and I very much enjoyed it. Only drawback was a very yappy dog, which we could hear as the walls are not the most sound proof. We would definitely return, can’t beat for the rate.
