I was surprised we had to pay for parking and for continental breakfast. For a new hotel I was surprised that it was not kept up very well. The bathroom door lock was an L bracket on a nice barn door. The automatic threshold on the main door didn’t work so it left a big gap at the bottom of the door. Other than small things it was a nice hotel.

The hotel did not have the room we purchased available. We rented a single king bed room and we received two queen beds. When we addressed this issue to the front desk they lied and told us that it was what we purchased even though we showed our confirmation from Expedia was a king room. They also said that there were no king rooms available so there was nothing to be done. Our room was okay, but the bathroom still had trash from the previous traveler. The icing on the cake was all the added fees that Hyatt tacks on for parking and the "continental" breakfast. Needless to say we will not be staying at Hyatt hotels on the future.

I recently stayed at High Place Hotel in Flagstaff, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for guests. The pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality of service offered. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Highly recommended and 5 stars

Great location. Nice hotel. Bad breakfast

The only downside to our experience was a bad experience at breakfast. They charge about $8 for breakfast, yet when we went, there were no plates available and a number of the food items were also not available. We let the hostess know and she soon stomped through with a stack of plates that she slammed on the counter and then slammed down forks, etc. we left.
