The staff wasn’t helpful when a really loud noise, from the room above us started. We called at 5:00am, and the unpleasant noise had start at 4:30am, and the front desk said that would be take care of it. Later we called twice, and was no answer from the front desk. We left the room at 6:00am because it was unbearable. She called the room in front of us, and the guests told her they were packing and just walking. It is impossible to create a sound like that “just walking or packing”. The noise never stopped , and we left the hotel around 7:00am. I would appreciate if your staff would check it closely, because it could be a really out of control situation that could jeopardize not only our sleep but the safety of all of your guests.

Average but nice and clean. Wish it had a hot tub after a day of biking. Pool was heated. Rooms are nice. I ding it for the thin walls. I heard stomping and talking well after midnight. Not the greatest night sleep.

Decent but had bumps

The hotel gremlins must have had a visit while we were there. The elevators were out. When we went to check in our room was not ready. We had to wait 2 hours for our room. After a long day driving that is the last thing you want to do. The rooms were nice and the shower was great.
