First night was great The second night was horrible loud neighbors with kids yelling running and screaming. Sad to hear an adult talked to children like that. Other than that the place was great.

My son just started as a freshman at NAU, and this was my fourth trip to Flagstaff. As a longtime Hilton family member, I’ve always stayed at Hilton properties, but this time I decided to try a Hyatt hotel for the first time. I booked three nights at Hyatt Flagstaff, and unfortunately, I couldn’t get a wink of sleep during my stay. The soundproofing was nonexistent; I could hear someone was talking in their sleep during the night and conversations from the neighboring room were audible even while I was in the bathroom. As a member of Expedia for over 20 years, I trusted their recommendations and Hyatt's reputation, so I paid over $500 for a non-refundable booking. Since I had already paid, I couldn’t switch to another hotel, and my entire trip was ruined. On the second morning, I spoke to the front desk, but the staff member simply said they had just arrived and didn’t know anything about the issues. I found the response from a Hyatt employee disappointing, especially given the brand’s reputation. I anticipate visiting Flagstaff 3-4 times a year until my son graduates, and I was hoping to consider Hyatt for future stays. However, after this experience, I doubt I will choose any Hyatt hotel again.

Great hotel except for the noise. Slamming doors all night long. Some other hotels have slow closing doors; not here. Also doesn’t matter how low the AC is set, ours only came on at random times during the night.

Hotel was nice. You can hear the train hourly so it’s pretty hard to get any sleep. When I booked the room the price said all fees and taxes. When I show up they want $8 dollars to park. I won’t come back just because of this. Getting tired of these BS fees.

The staff was exceptional! Overall the hotel was very nice but the walls were SO thin. I could wear what our neighbors were watching until 2 am. Additionally, we only had 4 towels when we arrived and no washcloths. Had to inquire at the desk for more towels multiple times. Also found it odd to pay for parking and breakfast as neither seemed exceptionally unique.
