We arrived when the property was under renovation so it was a bit awkward. Lots of construction vehicles blocking parking areas so it was a long walk to get to the lobby. The staff was very polite and understanding. We were only there for a quick overnight stay for my husband's surgery and thankfully we were able to head home right after it was complete. If we'd have had to stay another night it would have been a hardship for him. Once the reno is complete I'm sure the property will be lovely but we won't plan to stay there again until it's fully functional.

Wifi went out at night for a while, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, low water pressure in the sink. The staff was friendly but they called to find out when we were checking in and again after having been in our room for a while. That plus all the texts, it was bit much.

The hotel was fine love the 1st floor with accesa to our car. But the hotel was being Revenations so the are to the hotel looked a little roug. Room was clean and metbour needs for a one night stay.
