ASK ABOUT CAR PARK CHARGES,
The room and facilities where quiet good however the carpet was stained badly and the room smelt of cigarettes, comfortable bed and was a quiet restfull night, had a shock in the morning when checking out. Was told i should have paid a carpark charge which when i checked in i asked if there was a charge and was told no just register my registration plate , which i did. Told i could possibly have £100 fine , the new receptionist said she would try to override this , however i might still get a fine and if so to contact them directly and they will stop it.. so unexpected grief, wont be staying here again. The hotel is located in fleet southbound services and when your travelling northbound is a 5 mile diversion to get to it and 5 miles to get back to original point.
Carpets had stains on.
Only 1 pillow per person. We asked for more and this wasn't given.
Only 1 towel. Luckily i took some. But should get 1 per person really.
Single bed uncomfortable.
Single bed frame missing. Mattress left and pushed under.
Only 1 seat in room. Needed a table or something. So had to sit on beds all the time.
Probably be put off stopping in a Days Inn again.
Please note that there are additional fees if you have a dog. Not referenced at booking. There are additional fees for parking. Don’t ask for an extra pillow. There are none I was told. Don’t ask for an iron so that you can iron a shirt. There are none I was told.
We liked the convenience of the Days Inn Fleet services.
Unfortunately the room was set up for on2 person and not a couple. With one of everything which was a shame. Very comfortable room.
This was convenient and was very clean and the staff were excellent
However I would say that as it’s on the westbound side the navigation via post code needs to be more clear via Sat nav.

Beware of misleading formation on Hotels.com site.
On arrival I was told there was a £5 parking fee to be paid, attached is a screenshot from hotels.com website clearly stating free self parking. I was informed free parking is not offered to Expedia bookings and had to pay this fee if I wanted to stay the night. Please be aware that there can be incorrect information regarding extra fees on the hotels.com website.
