We had a room with an accessible bathroom, which we had requested. We have frequently stayed at this hotel before. However yesterday the hotel's wifi was not working, stopping and starting constantly. We also had an issue with a flickering wall light in the room. When I reported this to Reception, the member of staff virtually accused me of lying! "All our wifi and lights are working correctly," Unfortunately, my partner developed a sore eye in the early hours of this morning. Dil, the security guard was very helpful, he searched the first aid kit and then organised a taxi to get me to the nearest Tesco for Optrex and back.
Having been an IHG member for many years My wife and I feel the best ever property stayed at is this one in Fleet. I would fully recommend this hotel. It is going to be hard to find one which would beat this from management to younger staff such as Rejwan Hussain, meticulously working in the dining room, excelling in keeping it tidy and clean and a continuous smile for customers. Well done.
It was lovely to see such dedication, something now lost in many hotels we have been in but we recommend Fleet Holiday Inn as one of the best. Many thanks.
Fabulous hotel, the staff really helpful and the breakfast was free and plentiful. The rooms are to a high standard, however if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night you may wish to request a room at the back of the hotel as we were on the front and it was really noisy with the pub kicking out at 2 am in the morning. Quite funny watching, everybody staggering around in the middle of the road acting like numpties, but not great for noise levels.

Excellent room - well laid out and welcoming. Shower facilities very good for the time we were there. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Staircases were a little quirky but lifts available if required.
Only negative - access to parking facilities from the front very narrow. There is access from the rear but you do have to know where it is.
Stayed for one night on our way to Southampton. Hotel modern & clean & in good central location with plenty of eating outlets. Staff very welcoming & efficient. Good buffet-style breakfast was included in the price. Would definitely recommend for an overnight/business stay.
Just a quick overnight but a perfect access room for my mum and a great breakfast. The staff were like you were staying in a 5 star luxury hotel. A great hotel!
We enjoyed our stay. Even though the rooms were very small but that was my mistake. Should have checked before booking. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT and very helpful with everything. Parking is super tough with tight spots but there are parking lots right outside the property so no issues at all.
