Staff lovely, but upon check in we weren’t able to have our original room we booked due to “noise”? So we were given an accessible room - didn’t like the shower and struggled to sleep wit the emergency green light on in the room all night.

Great hotel

We loved the room itself but the bathroom floor was not very clean. It had hair and areas of the floor which weren’t cleaned properly. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed it and would come back in future.

Location is near the shopping area and within walking distance to the train station. Service is good. Room is clean and quiet. Areas of improvement include to replace new cups and replenish teabags every day for stay for more than 1 day.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay … would definitely re-book. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were comfortable, towels were great - not often you get a bath sheet! Breakfast was good - lots of options.
