Room was ok. Price seemed high, hotel was ok, staff seemed a bit rude to my partner. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been for a long time. Very disappointing because after driving we were very much look9ng forwarded to the hot tub

Front desk clerk disengaged on check in and did not feel at all welcoming. No questions from another clerk on checkout about how our stay was. Floors in room were filthy, both the carpeting and tile which was so sticky! Bathroom was so tiny there was barely room to turn around. Beds were ok, towels and linens were clean. Overall I’m disappointed as I feel that hotel doesn’t care about guest comfort and price does not reflect quality. Maybe it’s because they are the only hotel of any significance in the area that they don’t care?

The pool was clean and the room was fairly clean as well. The staff upon check in were not very welcoming and not helpful. The staff at check out was very welcoming.
