Nice environment. We were visiting Llandudno and stayed a night at this property and it was just perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and if I was ever in the area, I'd definitely lodge here again. Nice helpful staff at the reception and the rooms were clean and well taken care of.

The room was clean, but very basic. Needed some TLC. No bedside tables. Mirrors not attached. Tissue hanging out of an unused socket. Unsightly shelving/hanging area for clothes. No curtain or cover for the window to the door leading outside. The bed was comfortable. It was warm and peaceful.

Great hotel

Our room was in the annex not the main hotel and for us this was perfect. We never heard anything from the events happening that weekend. The room needed a small amount of TLC including the grouting around the bathroom. However, it was clean, just needs a maintenance person to swoop out lightbulbs and touch up paint. If you want to spend the night like you’ve slept in a cloud request room 7 the bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant due to its opening/closing hours and you can get breakfast there. There is also plenty of parking and our welcome was great from the staff. All in all a great little hotel and we would stay again. Thank you

Nice hotel in a very peaceful location. Comfortable room, clean, a bit short on consumables, tea, coffee & milk. Sorry but didn’t use the restaurant, we were visiting relatives 10 minutes away. Will stay here again.

Lovely stay

Very happy with stay staff were very helpful as we were staying for afuneral so asked if there was anywere to change but they said there was no one in our rooms the night before so we could check in early which was great,breakfast was nice,simple.

Very good spot with pubs in both direction 10 to 15 minuets walk. food and drinks served on site and all staff excellent.

Mountain view Flint.

A bit dated, could do with a Full refurbishment . No toiletries in the shower at all. The bar had last orders at 2145, just when we returned so we never got served. The breakfast was ok, buy one get one free so at £11 it was just over a Fiver each. The location was nice but, bit far out although a decent pub and Pizza place was 10 minutes walk away.Big hill on your return though. I would rate it at a 2 star hotel.

Comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed the comfortable stay. Shame about the commotion and fight that happened in the evening from a private party spilling among the guests. Would come again.

We travelled as a group of 4 and was surprised with our room from approaching the outside to arriving inside. The space that it offered the cleanliness and inroom facilities. Very pleased with our booking and will certainly stay again.

Went hiking in snowdonia for the Easter weekend. Booked this place around a week before - at great price. Was given a bigger room than expected. Initially booked here to just crash for the nights but ended up getting local takeaways and enjoying them in the hotel room. Will definitely be back- can’t recommend enough. Bonus was having superchargers right outside the room. Only small downside was the tiny bins.

Quick stay over night

Excellent value, room was comfortable and had all facilities you could need for stop over. Staff were excellent and so helpful especially when we had a problem with our car. Breakfast catered well for gluten free guests.
