The hotel had an excellent vibe from the moment we entered the underground car park, which is a real bonus for the centre of Florence. The staff were excellent, the common areas - for food and drinks were really good....and the cocktails, so much fun. The rooms are obviously quirky with the Welcome to Hell vibe, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was superb. Great fun - well done to everyone at the hotel.

Heaven or Hell themed rooms.

The lobby and service are impeccable. Know before you book…the rooms have two themes. Heaven or Hell and they’ve taken Dante’s inferno theme, very literally. For many, the “hell” Thames rooms can be very offensive and satanic. Thankfully, we weee able to switch to a “heaven” themed room fir a fee.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It was so cool and totally eclectic—every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The “heaven and earth” theme created a unique and immersive atmosphere that really set the tone for the whole experience. The vibe throughout the space was relaxing, creative, and full of personality. One of my favorite parts? The little bakery in the front! Such a charming touch—and the treats were delicious. It added a cozy, welcoming feel to the whole place. If you’re looking for something different, stylish, and full of good energy, I 100% recommend staying here! P.s mine came with a personal rooftop. So freaking cool!!!
