Beautiful property on a wonderful scenic location. The room was small but nice and comfortable. Staff is very pleasant and courteous. The only reason I gave it a good rating rather than excellent is the distance to the main part of Bellagio. Although it is a walkable distance to the ferry and main shopping area, if you’re tired and hot after a full day of activities, it’s far enough to dissuade you to return downtown for dinner. Uber rides are non existent and taxis are nearly impossible to get. So, that leaves the bus, which is not very frequent.

Great spot! Close to all major tourist spot, lots of shops and dining options. Room was nice and clean, bed was a bit hard for my liking, and lighting in the bathroom was dark, but overall everything was good. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Clean room. Front desk staff pleasant. We booked for 3 people and our room was very tight w/ no space to store luggage. Frig wasn't cold. The A/C cannot be controlled, so it was very warm in our room.

This is a a beautiful and centrally located hotel in Florence. Very walkable to everything you want to do and see. It’s a perfect location and accommodation for families especially with kids. Very clean and friendly staff.

Ignore the rating this is not a good hotel

Sockets were not European standard and no adapters were offered. A/c was barely functional rooms were over 25c. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly but hotel is a relic from the 70s.

The staff was amazing which really made all the difference in the world because we got off to a bad start the moment we entered our room. There had been a plumbing issue the floor below us and the foul smell hit us like a ton of bricks. The hotel was fully booked, so faucets were torneo in and fans were brought in to flush out the chemical alms sewage smells while we left to see if there could fix it while looking for another place. When it was all said and done, the smell did go away before we came back and tragedy was averted.
