I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. Our stay at the Bernini Palace was truly unforgettable. The hotel, set in a gorgeous 15th-century palace, felt like stepping back in time but with every modern comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Our room was elegant and comfortable, with beautiful touches that made it feel special. Breakfast in the stunning hall, under frescoed ceilings, was one of the highlights of our trip.

Service was fabulous, room location was not.

The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything we wanted. Service was excellent. The only issue was the noise. Our room was right next to the dining room/kitchen so all we could hear were the stacking of plates and the constant noise from the dishes/cooking. The smell of the food and coffee was also very strong in our room.
