Outstanding location with outstanding service. I had one of the best check in with Mr. Matteo. To say that Matteo is a 5 star would be an understatement. Room is spacious however it doesn’t have a wardrobe. There is a space to hang your cloth but there are no drawers. Safe’s door doesn’t eject after putting code and it is extremely difficult to open as there is no handle. This is a luxury hotel and guests deserve a Nespresso machine in the room instead of coffee bags!

The staff are excellent. Special mention to LORENZO who did an extra mile of service for us as he helped us find a shop for an authentic leather jacket and jewelry. He looked for us amongst the crowd at the square to update us on the status of the store that he recommended for jewelry. He also directed us in person to the leather store and introduced us to the store manager. I haven't seen s front desk person do that to me in any of the hotels i stayed in , even at the Bellagio and other 5 star hotels in Las Vegas. The Bernini hotel treated us like royalty. They also prepared the bed for us prior to bedtime. They seem to know when we're out and time the bedtime prep prior to our arrival. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities and the room is amazing. The front desk people with special mention to Lorenzo, who did an extra mile to search for me at the square amongst the crowd, just to inform me updates on the store he recommended to check regarding my inquiries on certain products whilst at the front desk. They also presented me a birthday champagne. The hotel is a vintage 17th century building which was formerly a castle built in 1450.

Lovely hotel and a great location in the middle of the main area. The VIP bottle of wine was lovely and served in the bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. I would definitely stay here again!
