We was the 3rd floor..Getting hot water to shower was the biggest issue. We had to turn the sink faucet hot water all the way on and the hot water faucet in the shower on and let run 30 minutes at least to warm water not hot water.

We've stayed here many times while visiting family. The rooms are always clean, staff very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is one of the best for a buffet/Continental breakfast. They now have an automatic espresso machine that is self service!
