Great location, spacious rooms, Staff helpful. Breakfast good selection although staying for 3 nights would have liked variation of hot food. The homemade cakes were delicious baked by Katima I believe who was very helpful and pleasant towards us.

We stayed two nights in April. This was our first time in Florence and loved it. The hotel is in a great location, tons of places to visit minutes away and it seemed like within 20 minutes you could walk anywhere. The room was clean and pretty good size by European standards. The bathroom was decent size also. We would stay here again.

The location of this hotel is amazing, perfect for exploring Florence. The staff are helpful and friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. We chose the more basic rooms so it was excellent value for money too.

Lovely boutique hotel. My room was the Melograno Deluxe Room. The bathroom was spacious clean and bright. The room had a great view of the street and skyline. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was a short walk from everything and right in the middle of the action. Having said that it can get noisy at night hearing everybody having a great time till the early morning. I did sleep with the window wide open however. I did not care for their breakfast though. Eggs, coffe machine, pastry selection were subpar relative to other hotels Ive stayed at in Florence. Overall though I would stay here again, i had a great time. Thank you to the staff as well.

Property is a bit dated but clean and it provides good amenities. The complimentary breakfast was very good and complete. Our room was facing the street and it was hard to get a good night sleep. Lots of noise. Property is located in a central location close to everything.

We checked into the hotel after we had a poor experience with our BnB. The staff were always welcoming! Beautiful rooms! Very clean and very close to the heart of Florence!!! Breakfast was great!!
