Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was amazing. Harold checked us in and he was a blessing. My reservation was initially not found; however, he fixed it fast and made arrangements for a perfect room that helped with my mobility issues. We will definitely be back.

Clean which is the most important. Food was great! Bar was awesome (only 1 person working but he was beast mode) Bad things: walls are super thin. Could hear kids early in the morning on the other side of the walls. The pool stayed busy and was super COLD. The hot tub literally looked disgusting. There was foam all along side the perimeter of the hot tub which looked nasty and dirty. Definitely NOT getting in that.

I had called three days prior to our stay and requested an early check in. The woman said it would be $30 and our room would be ready for us when we arrived. Easy peasy. When we arrived the guy acted like we were inconveniencing him and that he wouldn't have a room available and he ended up charging us TWO early check in fees. That got fixed later but it was annoying for sure. One morning I came down and asked if they had coffee all day and the lady literally just pointed to it with a blank, annoyed face and didn't even say a word. Get your staff in order! They're so RUDE!
