Every single staff member was upbeat, friendly and happy to help with any questions or needs! It not only had a full continental breakfast but also a free continental dinner each night from 5:30-7:30, great money saver for families! I personally liked the 3 $1.00 drink tickets from 5-7, location was perfect for visiting Ark encounter, Creation museum and going into Cincinnati.

Management and front desk need to go back to customer service training. They refused to honor their own drink tickets at 7:01 pm…happy hour ends at 7:00 pm. The bar continued serving guest for another 10 mins or so. So they choose to enforce happy hour times down to the second but in the meantime, there is half a dozen kids under 5 in the hot tub (the rule states 5 and under cannot be in the hot tub…but that rule they choose not to enforce) so we couldn’t even use that and they ran out of towels in the pool area…hours before it closed.

During my recent stay at Drury Plaza, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The lobby, hallways, and especially the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. My room was spacious, offering a comfortable bed, modern furnishings, and a serene ambiance perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety of options was impressive, catering to different dietary needs. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot breakfast items like eggs and waffles, there was something for everyone. Plus, the breakfast hours were convenient, making it easy to grab a bite before heading out for the day. For the level of service and quality provided, I found the price to be quite reasonable.
