The best customer service I have had this year! Check in person called and made sure everything was good when we got to room. Coming back from concert friendly staff letting us know the bar was open to come have some drinks. 10/10 stay this weekend!

When we walked into our pitch black room and the light switch didn’t work. My husband tripped into the table and ottoman that was also dark colored. The person that checked us in should have told us about the switch that holds your key card to get the lights on.

Front desk attendant was courteous and efficient. Free dinner and breakfast was very nice! Beds and pillows were sooooo comfortable. Room was so quiet and the shower was the best hotel shower I have ever had! We will definitely book here again when traveling from GA to Home in PA. Thank you!
