Booked a suite which it was, except for the bathroom that was this.. small square almost. Half sized shower with no bath tub (so the water just splashes right out onto the floor), with the toilet RIGHT there beside it too. The bathroom door doesn’t even open all the way because it smacks into the shower rod of the shower, and doesn’t close all the way without scraping the wall either. It’s nice people wise and was the cheapest option for a 4 night stay, so I won’t complain much. But the rooms are meh. (Also we got a room with a mini fridge that didn’t work and they didn’t bring a replacement).

Management rude , I reserved online drove 519 miles and she requested a deposit , air condition didn’t work all night !! Very rude bad costumer service and breakfast nasty cold coffee , cold eggs , no milk , sausage not cooked bread old Never again I don’t recommend this hotel to no one Very u statisfied

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The bathroom shower is unsafe, no grab bars. Water gets on the floor it's a slipping hazard. Other than that, my stay was great.

Our first room the bed had PEE ON IT . So the front dresk gave me a new room n key and said . Here TRY THIS ONE . REALLY MAN. Wow. My kids were afraid to sleep under thr covers. So they slept on top in there clothes. I dont like giving bad reviews but this is gross

The hotel was unexpectedly closed upon arrival, and no one responded to my calls. Despite this, I was still charged for the booking. No service was provided, and I was forced to find alternative accommodations on short notice. This was highly inconvenient and unacceptable.

Check in was easy. The lady working at the counter was nice. The room isnt terrible. The one major concern is how damp it is. The floor stays wet. That could be a hazard for older people or disabled people. I used a towel to try to keep the floor dry. After the first time i could see how filthy the floor actually was. We paid under $100 to stay for one night and thats not terrible. I definitely wouldnt stay here for longer than that

First, the front desk lady was so friendly and helpful! She could work at any fine hotel. Second, our group got to know her well as we had to change rooms twice due to a dirty/ unbearably smelly room or broken A/C. The other half of our group had to change rooms three times for the same issues. By far, one of the worst hotel stays of my life. We specifically chose this hotel because it was "by Wyndham" and that used to mean quality. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving a day early due to how unclean the property was.
