This hotel was simply amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. When we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, they provided us with Prosecco! When we had certain requests, they were very accommodating. Hotel is in a great location within 10 to 15 minutes of most if not all major sites of the city. Room was very comfortable and we had the added plus of a great view. They also had a very good breakfast, with both hot and continental options. We will stay here again when we have the chance to visit Florence again!

The hotel was well situated - with our destinations (such as the Accademia, the Duomo, cooking class) being located within a short walk. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with chocolates left on our pillows each night! The breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices and the service team was fantastic - friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay!
Overall a great stay in Florence. Close enough to the train station so walking there is a breeze (mind the narrow sidewalks for roller bags). Convenient to many other attractions if you don’t mind walking more than you’re used to at home. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well with a great self service cappuccino machine. My only complaint is that the air didn’t seem to get very cool or stay on at night, so it got a tad stuffy/hot while sleeping l. Other than that, a very clean, modern hotel that I’d not hesitate to book again.

First off, the staff of Flom Boutique Hotel are incredible. We had questions about how to get to a futbol game and they took the time to dig into it a bit and give us guidance. Always a smile and ready to help us. Breakfast was an absolute treat. Even better, the gentleman who served us coffee every morning greeted us in a way that really set us up for a great day. He was patient, attentive and made us feel right at home. The room is impeccable, clean and modern. The location is great where you can walk to everything downtown and it's a short walk to the train, so you avoid the taxi. Our stay here was absolutely perfect! There is not a single thing I could possibly complain about.

Great experience 10/10 The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendations on restaurants etc. The hotel itself was also very high-end boutique quality. Rooms are small, but very clean and elegant. Location is also great. Very central, with everything walking distance in terms of Florence attractions and high end shopping.
