The rooms exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival they did not have the room that we booked and upgraded us to a beautiful suite. We booked two rooms as we were two couples and they were both great. Plenty of room for everything, a rare thing in europe. Double shower great closet, And a close walk to everything. Congratulations and thank you.

The hotel is well-located, and I believe that it's a newer establishment. While the room and bathroom were clean, the hallways weren't very clean. The room temperature wa way too hot (& it wouldn't adjust) and the bed was uncomfortable; however, the bathroom was great with a big shower with strong water pressure. The experience that left a negative impression was the front desk trying to force us to take a "private car" to/from the airport to retrieve lost luggage for 90 Euros when a one-way taxi from the airport was available at a fixed 28 Euro rate.

Absolutely great property close to the train station. Totally new when we stayed there!!! Whole city is walkable so don’t get an Uber from train station like I did. It’s a five min walk to this great hotel!!! It was the nicest hotel we stayed in and had a decent size elevator and the breakfast was awesome!! Very impressed with this property and especially the location.

Great location
This hotel is very close to the train station and a short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and shopping. Room was well appointed, shower was amazing! View from window…not a view but another building, so very little natural light. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was decent, not huge but a good selection. Cocktails at the bar were a bit disappointing, but that was really only negative during our stay.

What a great hotel!!
Everything was amazing. The staff are lovely. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. And it’s within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

Hotel Floren was awesome!
This place is awesome. So clean and nicely appointed. Very close to train and tram to the airport. The breakfast was also really nice. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Also the shower had the most amazing rain shower with tremendous pressure… I will never forget that shower it was incredible.

You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Newly remodeled. Excellent staff. Very nice dining area. Great location. Easy walk to everything and very close to the train station. Restaurant offers fine dining options and the wait staff is so attentive. The classic room is a bit small but if you are not traveling with a lot of luggage it is perfect. If you do have the big bags and need more space the junior suite is wonderful and worth the extra $$. Very quiet, beautiful bathrooms. When I return to Florence in may I will return to the Floren.

The property was nicely appointed. Room decor simple but nice- nothing special. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were excellent, especially Benny. The restaurant is excellent with a fine dining, high quality experience with a discount for house guests. It was very quiet- needs better marketing. Only problem we had was that guests were not able to iron their own clothes so we went around Florence looking crushed! We don’t expect staff to irin our clothes that are not freshly washed

Nice hotel in a good location
Nice rooms and bathrooms, the air conditioning worked very well. I appreciated the black out curtains. Good selection for breakfast. The majority of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was for room 104, it’s very noisy, especially at night. It’s at the top of the staircase and next to a room used by staff. I’m not sure what is directly above it, but it was loud until 1am. My stay was only 2 nights, so I didn’t ask to be moved and have to pack up everything. Glad I had earplugs!

The staff are amazing at this property. My daughter’s first trip to Europe and they have been extremely helpful and kind. They have left a great impression and we will be back. The rooms are nice and clean and suprisingly spacious.
