Lovely hotel with a beautiful decoration and many amenities. Located on a quiet street in the historic center. It has a lot of restaurants and cafes around the neighborhood. Room was clean with A/C and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent! The staff were amazing. Since the moment we arrived they gave us a warm welcome; they immediately offered us refreshments and then provided us with suggestions for activities inside and outside the hotel. They were always very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you Chiara.

The stay in Golden Tower Hotel was very pleasant. All staff were very friendly, especially Denielle. The breakfast was also good. They made us freash vegetable juice. Also you can order omelte and fried eggs among others.

Great spot for a Florence visit
The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially David at the desk. We were always greeted with a smile upon our return. The location was great and we could walk to almost everything. It was nice being so close to the Piazza Republica. The restaurants were wonderful there.

Unbeatable Value
Golden Tower was by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Europe. Rooms & lobby are very clean and comfortable. Rooms had great AC and were cleaned daily. The service is truly top notch from the front desk to the cafe/bar. Everyone who works there was helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. Truly 5-star service at a relatively cheap price. My fiancée and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Florence!
