This location was excellent and the hotel was such a great property. From the incredible breakfast, to the rooftop bar and pool, our family thought it was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Florence. You can walk to every major spot in town! Highly recommend!

We really like the location and the staffs. Especially, Marrianna K is so helpful, She goes above and beyond her duties.She helped us so much from the time we checked in, reserving all the restaurants, the driver for the outing. She is so kind and patience. Leornado Palerma is also very helpful and friendly too. We will go back to this hotel again if we visit Florence. the breakfast is fantastic and its healthy. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay in general except for the air ventilation in the room. Didn’t feel any air coming out. Hotel offered a very decent breakfast which we were impressed with.
