Great location in the center of Florence. Walkable to all sites. Also easy walk to train station. A little noisy but that should be expected given its central location. Very nice staff and clean facilities.

The location is amazing! Highly renovated property with excellent working AC and bathroom. Its location is literally three 5 steps away from the Cathedral, 10 minutes to the Academy where the David is situated; 10 minutes from main town center, etc. one thing to be aware of for persons with limited mobility is that it’s located on the third floor and there are no elevators. Absent this issue, it is a place we will be staying at again when we return to Florence.

It was ok
Great location right in the middle of everything you want to see and 20 mins walk from train station. Helpful friendly staff. But the room was just ok. The bathroom seemed fairly recently renovated so that was nice, but in all the accommodation looked really run down and would benefit from new furniture and paint. We weren’t comfortable. There are a LOT of stairs, which was fine for us but anyone who is mobility impaired or packs more suitcase than you can carry would struggle here.

The location is excellent, the room is larger than expected, the Staffs are nice, easy to acess for later checkin. If the bath room can equiped with exhaust fan, that would be great.

We enjoyed the Hotels location right next to the Duomo. Quick walk to Palazzo Medici, Medici Chapel, Galleria Academia, Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. We did have a small issue with a noisy room above us. It seemed a loud group got back in about 2am but it was a short disruption.

The owner of the property is very honest, helpful and kind. The room we had was nice. The private bathroom in the hallway was not a problem. It was private having a key. This is a great place for young people who are willing to climb the stairs and bring their suitcases by themselves. Their 3rd floor is really a 4th floor according to American standards. At night, it was noisy but when we closed the windows it was fine. We had AC. The place is located just 50 meters from the Duomo. The train station is super close. Everybody walks there with their suitcases. Great place. Thank you Julio

Amazing Location!
The location of Guest House Bel Duomo could not be beat. We were literally next to Santa Maria del Fiore Church! It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and we were near most of not all the main tourist must sees. The room faces the street and even though it could be noisy if you left the windows open, as soon as you closed them you couldn't hear the noise. Super clean, comfortable beds, and enough hot water for 4 adults. Towels, shampoo and body wash were provided. Our garbage was taken out every day and if we needed any extra paper towels or toilet paper it was left in the room. Our room had a bedroom with a Queen bed and 3 single beds in what would normally be the living room/dining room. It was tight but still comfortable and it was perfect for 4 adults. No elevator for those who bring big heavy suitcases. We only had one flight of stairs, but others had to go up a lot more stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
