The breakfast was very good. We stayed in Room 7. The internet signal in the room was very poor and did not work for two days. This needs to be improved. The upstairs guest made a lot of noise when moving their chairs at night. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory. The reception staff were very patient. Overall, we are very satisfied. Thank you for your efforts.

Very good option in Florence

The hotel felt like a quite luxorious 4* hotel. Everything was nice but in some parts you can see that the place is getting a bit old. Very friendly staff.

This is a great place to stay in a hotel with beautiful traditional style. High ceilings, marble baths, attractive dining room with a great buffet breakfast. Lots of hot water, great beds, and very quiet even though just a couple of blocks from the train station. The staff was exceptional, everyone was very helpful. Giovanni helped everyone with their bags and they are happy to call a taxi. We preferred staying in this hotel that has preserved its history over very modern hotels that mostly look alike. If we visit Florence in the future, we will stay here again.

Traditional hotel in good location

The hotel is in a good location, very near the railway station and an easy walk into the central tourist area. It's a traditional, well appointed hotel with very efficient and friendly staff. Some people might consider it old fashioned, but in a good way! Breakfast was good too.

This hotel is a very short walk to train station, which is convenient. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and room was beautiful. They have a very nice area for breakfast and the morning staff was very efficent. What i didnt like: the bar area was not staffed in the evening and some evenings we waited awhile before someone was available to help us.
