Not recommended if you care about comfort
Upon arrival the odor in the room was terrible. After a shower the only towel available was too small to wrap around my body and I’m small, size 4 USA. The room barely had room to walk around. The carpets in the hallways are filthy. The small safe operated poorly and the cylinder actually came out twice when using the key provided. The breakfast and personnel were hospitable.

Location to train station and the centre of the city is perfect. Everything is walkable. The hotel is charming and very clean. Our only complaint was the water temperature not being hot enough for the shower.

My experience was absolutely wonderful..We arrived early, 2hrd before check in. The staff very welcoming allowed us to checknin our luggage, safely held them and allowed us to explore the city in the meantime. At check out, thay also held our luggage for an additional 3 hrs to give the opportunity to visit more of the city..Absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Great location to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are on the small side but you are in Florence -- you don't need to be in the room except to sleep!! Walkable to monuments. Staff was wonderful!!

The hotel is conveniently located from the Santa maria Novello train station. Its about a ten minute walk. The San Lorenzo leather market is right out the front door and all the other must see locations are easily walked to. Staff at the hotel were friendly, very accommodating and quick to make recommendations. The breakfast was just right, not too much and not too little. One suggestion is that afternoon coffee offered or available for guests at no charge, would be nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Had an amazing stay with my friend at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we were running behind schedule for check in. Super easy to contact with fast responses. Lovely staff in person! Exactly as pictured! They even held our bags after check out so we could walk around the city more! Highly recommend.

Lovely person who checked me in. Slept really well. Air conditioning was amazing but I didn’t use it in the evening as the room temperature was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with very much variety.
